naptimes have been a bit of a struggle around our house these days. at her request, we say naptime prayers, and lily herself asks for help to stay in her "big bed." i guess she forgets what she's asked for.
i don't know what all you moms do out there with your kids when it's so cold out. give me some tips! i was hoping a little fresh air would help her, and already she's down for her nap. it only took her 20 minutes instead of the usual hour. thank goodness!
i love this with her tongue out. she has lots of little mannerisms like this that are just like her daddy!

We have a gate in Kate's doorway. At first I thought it was mean, but there is no other way to keep her in there! She usually plays for 15 min to an hour and eventually she crawls into bed and naps. :) Funny kids. Lily is so beautiful.
